At 12th Tribe, we want you to love your look, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of your delivery date. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Print & Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact.
Drop Off & Process
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
